These silver zinc plated Conversion Studs are designed to convert bolt fixing wheel hubs into nut fixing wheel hubs.
Manufactured to ISO9001 standards from high grade (30MnB3) steel with a tensile strength of 10.9
Supplied as single pieces and nuts available seperately
Features
- Faster and easier wheel changes - eliminating the need to align the wheel with fixing holes. Ideal for use on competition cars - race or rally.
- Safer wheel retention - excessive heat generated when racing can cause expansion of the wheel and hub assemblies, which during cooling contract and can reduce the tightness of wheel bolts.

- Screw the short end of the stud into the bolt hole in the wheel hub.
- Screw in the remaining conversion studs.
- Once the conversions studs are secure they are ready to have whe wheel fitted over them.
- Screw the appropriate wheel nuts on to the studs and tighten to the manufacturers torque setting.
We recomment that the conversion studs are secured into the wheel hub using the E-tech Thread Lock (Part No.1495032) or similar.
